Fantastic Experience
efficient staff comfortable bed good breakfast free parking
The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient I received a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was clean I found the bed super comfy. The breakfast offered many options it had great choices for everyone. Free parking was available and very convenient.
The bathroom lacked a bin liner which I think is not very hygienic.

Parking is free for all guests The car park is large with plenty of spaces. There is also a vending machine near reception I noticed it stocked drinks and snacks. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

The hotel is near the LNER Stadium I could see it from my window. Several shops and restaurants are located very close to the hotel. A Toby Carvery is right next to the building which is very handy.

Breakfast had a wide range of options including hot and cold items. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and toast it kept me full until lunchtime. The coffee machine worked well and offered several choices. Juice water and milk were also available.

The staff were friendly and accommodating they quickly addressed my questions. Check-in was efficient it took only a few minutes. The cleaning staff did a great job my room was super clean. The team helped me with directions to local attractions.

The staff was very helpful (especially reece at check-in). breakfast was fantastic. The kids enjoyed using the automatic pancake maker. we were welcomed with a big smile.

the family room provided ample space for our group. breakfast included warm pancakes which was a pleasant surprise.
i noticed the shower head was small. it could be a bit larger for a more comfortable shower experience.

the location allows easy access to a park and ride. this makes visiting attractions convenient. several supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. driving is necessary to reach the park and ride plus the retail park.

check-in was easy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. the breakfast was delicious. there was a wide range of food to choose from. the bed and the shower were awesome. i found dove soap products, i liked that a lot.
