The view from my dockside double room was lovely, i could see the water shimmering. The room included tea and coffee facilities. It was a welcome touch. the staff addressed my needs promptly and kindly, especially when i requested a late check-out. the bar area had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a quiet drink in the evening.
the furniture showed some wear, though everything was clean and functional.

Staff members were always on hand to offer assistance, and they seemed genuinely happy to help. the front desk was efficient, particularly during check-in. I felt welcomed immediately. special requests were handled with care and attention.

The bar provided a selection of drinks. I especially liked the local ales. breakfast offered an range of options. This included both english and continental choices. there was a vending machine in the lobby for quick snacks and beverages, though it was a little expensive.

The hotel's location was convenient. I could easily walk to the city center. The staff were genuinely helpful and courteous. I secured parking on site, and this provided peace of mind. I appreciated the early check-in that I received. It made settling in much easier after my journey.
The room looked somewhat dated, and I noticed a slight musty smell. I think fresher air would have improved the atmosphere. This detracted a little from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The twin room I occupied included two separate beds and a small desk. The beds had clean linens. The bathroom featured basic amenities. The room had sufficient space for luggage storage, though the décor was a little old.

i found the room to be quite dated. the woodchip wallpaper felt very old (it needs updating). the bar menu was also quite limited, and they were trying to pass off a hot dog and chips as a 'special'.

i was grateful for the room near the arena. it was wonderful to walk there. i found the staff friendly and they were always on reception, that was comforting. the location proved very nice and the albert docks were so close.

The walk was manageable. the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. I felt refreshed after each shower. i found it useful that a mcdonalds was just across the road.
