FANTASTIC Stay!
clean roomfresh producepleasant sauna
The room was VERY clean! Breakfast offered plenty of fresh produce. The pool area created a nice atmosphere and the sauna felt lovely. The room included a mini fridge.
The parking discount was not applied automatically. I had to request it.

A member of staff named Jay provided really good service at breakfast. He even prepared a box with food for my dog. The staff are friendly and create a cute environment for all guests .

The room featured large twin beds which were very comfy. The shower had a powerful flow, even on the tenth floor. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned to a good standard regularly.

Breakfast had loads of choice ensuring something for everyone. The restaurant is reasonably priced offering value. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the experience.

The pool area has a nice and clean atmosphere. The sauna was well-kept providing relaxation. Parking is conveniently located right next door in a secured car park, and the hotel provides a discount.

charming stay with excellent location

the location proved very convenient with easy access to shops restaurants and the albert docks. i found having a tesco almost next door especially useful for picking up supplies. check-in was quick and easy plus i had a lovely large room. the bed offered just the right amount of firmness i barely noticed my partner move during the night.
the room felt a little warm and the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep it cool this impacted my sleep slightly

my room included good amenities the bathroom and toilet were separate which i liked a lot. there was a nice desk a large smart tv and many plugs making it easy to charge devices the shower was fantastic.
