i appreciated the attention to detail in the room. robes were available and a shower cap was present, a nice touch! i also noticed dry cleaning provisions, very convenient.
i found that the usb ports next to the bed didn't function, made charging my devices overnight a little inconvenient. there wasn't a plug socket near the bed.

the location was good and within walking distance of local attractions.
i had issues with the room i got. the air conditioning made loud noises all night, and it was hard to sleep because the room was too warm. also, some lights in the room did not work.

i found the room to be a good size. the comfy beds definitely stood out to me. the location was quite convenient, close to the train station.
i have to mention, the usb socket was broken, inconvenient. the tv wouldn't chromecast, a feature i wanted to use. the shower pressure was almost non-existent, which affected my morning routine. room service menu was not working.

The service was really poor. I reported a room issue, and the staff acted completely dismissive and uninterested, ugh! the morning restaurant staff were also unhelpful, refusing a simple request for a large glass of water.

Really good hotel stay

The location is near restaurants and the city center. The bed was comfortable and provided good sleep. The brasserie staff offered fantastic service. My upgrade was sorted prior to arrival, a nice surprise. An extra breakfast was a welcome addition.
The lighting throughout the hotel is too low. Arriving, you think reception is closed. Walking along the corridor, I struggled to see room numbers. While it might create atmosphere, overall it's poor.

The rooms offer good size. USB ports and many plug sockets are available for convenience. I found the location excellent for accessing theaters and dining options nearby.
