delicious sausages convenient location ample hot water
The breakfast buffet offered many choices and tasted delicious. I especially liked the sausages. They was so good. The location was perfect for accessing the train station (it was close). The room was big enough, and the shower provided ample hot water.

The hotel's location was super central! Breakfast had an amazing selection. The room service food arrived quickly and WAS delicious (i ate it all).
My room was a bit compact. The bathroom seemed outdated with a very old design. I noticed cracked skirting boards in the room.

convenient location polite staff comfortable bed
I found the hotel's central location very convenient (near the train station). the staff were courteous and always ready to assist with directions. the room included complimentary snacks and chilled water, a nice touch after a long day. i particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and powerful shower. It really helped me relax.
this was a minor inconvenience, yet noticeable early in the morning.

a reasonably good experience
nice food well-equipped room cashless bar run-down room
the room was provided with all that you could need. i came for an awards event and the food was really nice (especially the desserts).
the cashless bar caused a bit of an issue. not everyone wants to use card to pay all the time. also, the rooms are very run down and are in dire need of updating.

comfortable bed air filtration breakfast buffet
the room offered a spacious feel with a very comfortable bed. i found an air filtration device and a portable heater, very useful. a kettle and several tea and coffee packets were present, providing comfort as i settled in. breakfast was included, presenting a buffet with traditional english options and continental choices.
The gym was smaller than my hotel room. I consider the limited equipment less than adequate. i was looking forward to this facility, but its small size was disappointing.

The staff checked me in several hours early. I arrived before the check-in time. this was particularly helpful after my early appointment. they allowed me to relax in my room much sooner than expected.

huge cobweb black mould
the reception area was lovely it had plenty of seating
my room was not properly cleaned there was a huge cobweb on one of the paintings. there was also poor circulation i noticed black mould in the bathroom

the room service meal was alright. employees were friendly and helpful
there were horrible stains and hair in the bathtub. i also found hair in the lift. it's not a dirty hotel, but it could be cleaner
