Excellent Stay Near the Minster

The hotel location was very nice. I appreciated how close it was to the fine Minster. Our room 52 was perfect. The hotel staff took our luggage into a secure room since we arrived early (around 10:30 am). They had already placed our bags in the room when we got the key at 3 pm. The whole hotel was clean. The bed was huge.
A fire alarm censor caused the alarm to go off twice, disturbing our sleep. This issue was quickly resolved.

The breakfast included fresh products. I especially liked that sausages, bacon, and eggs were cooked to order. The cutlery was super clean.

Really good Stay Near the Minster

The location was fantastic. I walked to key attractions easily. My room had a lovely view overlooking the historic area. The breakfast offered many choices, including freshly cooked items. The staff addressed all requests promptly (especially the extra pillows I needed).
The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

the location was indeed central. all the main attractions were easily accessible on foot. the staff were always available and ready to assist with any questions i had. i especially appreciated the valet parking service they offered.
my room was quite small, and it felt a bit cramped (i had expected a little more space). the noise from the street at night was noticeable, especially with taxis frequently stopping nearby. also, i found the breakfast options somewhat limited.

decent location, but room had issues.
constant shoutingnoisy taxi rank
the location was GREAT, i will give it that. but my room overlooked the taxi rank and a memorial. shouting persisted all night, even involving a fight. police even showed up at some point! i faced a choice, sweat all night or deal with the noise. sleep? not much.
