snack barumbrella rentals
the grab and go snack bar WAS convenient. i also appreciated the umbrella rentals as it rained .
the motion sensor light under the bed kept coming on i couldn't switch it off.

All staff members were very attentive. It actually seemed like they liked working there.
The York location felt different than the Manchester location. My ground floor room reminded me of it was through a fire escape. It was next to the gym, so I heard someone stomping on the treadmill at 6 AM. This room reminded me of it was thrown into an area it wasn't fit for.

city centerloud noise
the hotel location was pretty close to the city center, so that was acceptable. i mean, it's not like i planned to stay inside all day.
the room was too warm, and opening the window wasn't an option because the noise was too loud.

I loved the location. It was a short walk to the train station. blackout curtains in the room were very effective, ensuring a dark room. the hotel offered many amenities like games and a photo booth. I found this very fun.
The room was hot, even with the small window open. I struggled to cool it down.

The hotel provided umbrellas for rent. This was very useful on rainy days. there's also a handy grab-and-go snack bar located within the premises. i saw arcade machines available in the common area too.
