The staff was attentive. The room had a fridge and a spacious bathroom. I enjoyed the patio area. It had amazing views of the stadium. Breakfast presented a great selection of items and was worth the money. I also found the massage from the spa salon enjoyable. It was a nice addition.
I noticed towels were scattered all over the floor in the pool area. Disability parking was used by customers without permits, forcing a long walk. The toilet was not clean.

I found the gym to be well-equipped and enjoyable (i used it a couple of times!). the pool area was relaxing and clean. the restaurant offered vegetarian options. That was a plus. i also appreciated the easy-to-order room service.
I had some trouble finding my room initially. The layout could be more intuitive, i think.

doors slamming all hours was annoying. i had to pay £7 a day for parking even though i'd payed a lot per night for my room. i have stayed in nicer hotels for less.

the staff in the bar were happy to chat, i found that nice. the room felt spacious (the room was a good size). the breakfast tasted really good. car parking was ample and easy.
i found the bedroom walls thin and could hear other guests.
