a pleasant stay
large car park pristine room great staff
the hotel is in a great location with a large car park. i found the room pristine and clean, equipped with a king sized bed and smart tv. the staff were great (always smiling!). i liked the bath and shower, it had piping hot water.
the room was a bit hot, and it lacked air conditioning.

My room was clean. The bar was well-presented and comfortable. Public transportation offered easy and fast access to the airport. I recommend visiting the woods near the hotel (though you may see the race course).
The duvet provided was quite thin.

a blissful retreat
ample space really good value
the room provided ample space with a large bath, perfect after a day at the races i booked a soft pillow and staff promptly delivered it the value for money was really good overall making it a sweet experience. i found everything close by i needed all in one spot it was such a romantic getaway we deserved.
i found a charge for swimming quite surprising i expected that access to the leisure facilities should be included as part of my stay this caused slight disappointment with additional costs.

excellent stay!
excellent facilities great food thoughtful staff complete room
we slept very well. the room had everything needed. the staff did so much for us. facilities were very good. food and the setting were both excellent. a staff member remembered us from a previous stay, this meant a lot to me.
the room did get stifling hot. the pillows were not the comfiest. it was a very slight discomfort i experienced during the night.

the hotel is near the racecourse, that's a bonus. the hotel is great for going into the town. its position is convenient and it is easily accessible from many points of interest, like transport hubs.

service elevator disrupted sleep
The breakfast was acceptable. There was a reasonable selection of items AVAILABLE.
The room was noisy. It was right next to a staff service elevator. i was woken around 6am both mornings. It disrupted my sleep significantly. WE should have been told about the noise at check-in.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities (very welcome after a long drive). The bathroom was immaculate and had a good selection of toiletries.
