The staff were amazing. everyone we asked were very good too answer or help us, they really did shine. the food was excellent with plenty choice. I especially liked the good indian dishes on offer. everyone enjoyed the variety and it saved us moving between restaurants.

i was a little put out that i had to pay extra for parking. i also got a parking ticket in the post despite paying. i called the hotel and they cancelled it for me, but i still wasn't impressed.

The room felt quite dated and showed signs of wear. The carpets had some stains and the furniture looked old. It needs updating. I also had trouble with the shower. The water temperature fluctuated a lot. These issues affected my overall satisfaction.
