check-in was smooth, and the staff was efficient! the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of items. the hotel is near a supermarket, and this offered convenience for purchasing necessities. i found the proximity to waverley bridge, from which the airport bus departs, very useful
the bathroom looked somewhat compact.

i found the room cleaning to be consistent daily. the shower was also surprisingly spacious , which i appreciated. the front desk and bar staff displayed notable friendliness and helpfulness. the proximity to the national museum of scotland proved quite convenient.
i noticed the water and plumbing system created some noises throughout the night. the wooden floors also amplified sounds from other apartments. this was not ideal for light sleepers like me.

the location was fantastic! i found myself so close to the royal mile, a huge plus. the front desk staff were also very friendly. their helpfulness really stood out to me!
the windows in my room were bolted shut, a problem. the room ended up feeling like a sauna. i had to take cold showers to cool down!

the location had a great convenience, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the room, a double room, was clean and comfy. staff was always friendly and cute, this added positively to my stay.
the room lacked a refrigerator, something that was a bit of a disappointment. noise from the nearby hotel at night was audible in my room. pillows was very hard, and this affected sleep quality.

Breakfast had enough choice. Movement in the restaurant area was ok. I liked the lift service, it was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was surprisingly big.

The hotel's location is indeed a standout asset as it is close to main attractions. I was pleased to find many shops and restaurants nearby this hotel. I also appreciated the breakfast area as it was well-organized and maintained with various food options available.
The bathroom was somewhat small, a little difficult to manage toiletries.
