the location was good for getting around the city.

I found the staff helpful, especially denis at reception. the hotel's location near the concert hall was really convenient. i had a clean room with comfy beds and quiet surroundings. The sound insulation worked well.

the family room i stayed in felt too small. it was difficult to move around comfortably, which wasn't ideal for a family.

The breakfast offered good choices. It had plenty of options available each morning. i enjoyed the variety, especially the fresh fruit and pastries (the croissants were particularly tasty!). the dining area was clean and well kept.

the hotel has a luggage storage service, very useful on my last day. i needed to store my bags, because i wasn't leaving until late. this service allowed me to explore without carrying heavy luggage around.

I found the hotel's location convenient! It was very close to the bus station and the Royal Concert Hall. The super nice team and friendly. I also loved the nice toiletries provided in the bathroom. They added a special touch.

My most minor issue was that the sound proofing between my bedroom and the corridor was poor.
