superb stay!

gorgeous food fantastic staff
i had a fantastic dinner at the spence. the food was gorgeous, and the service was great. ewan made our evening extra special because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. i would highly recommend this beautiful place because its staff is fantastic.

The staff were great. I'm sorry i didn't catch his name, but the bald gentleman with black framed glasses was so kind and attentive. he was never overbearing. irina at the main reception set a great tone from the beginning.

lovely restaurant beautiful entrance extensive menu missing doorman bathroom amenities single sink
the spence restaurant provided a lovely setting for afternoon tea. the entrance had beautiful decor and a cute doorman. i found the menu extensive with delicious options.
there was no doorman initially, so my husband carried the suitcases. the bathroom amenities were located in the bedroom. the room only had a single sink despite its size.

Ewan greeted us upon arrival. He showed us to our Town Room. The room had thoughtful details. Soft jazz played when we returned after dinner. There were slippers by the bed. a sleepy spray.
