the location was wonderful and clean i found the hotel to be well equipped. i was greeted at the door by a wonderful concierge team member i found the team lovely at check in. i had meals in the club house and italian restaurant both were really good. they provide an hourly shuttle if you want to venture out.

the warm welcome from the front desk staff was appreciated. a complimentary bottle of prosecco was a nice touch in our bedroom for my husband's birthday. i enjoyed the very nice variety of food available at breakfast.
i found very slow and inefficient checking in. we queued for 30 mins. the room was 2 hours late to be ready! no substitute room was offered and after 12 hours journey with two small children, this was poor.
