“This property certainly aims high with its championship golf courses and luxurious spa, set against the dramatic cliffs of St Andrews Bay; dining is another strong suit, featuring exclusive seafood and award-winning menus. However, some experiences seem to fall short of the 5-star expectation, particularly regarding service consistency and certain amenities. The potential for a truly top-tier stay is there, but it needs refinement.”

warm welcome front desk food variety inefficient checking long queue substitute room
the warm welcome from the front desk staff was appreciated. a complimentary bottle of prosecco was a nice touch in our bedroom for my husband's birthday. i enjoyed the very nice variety of food available at breakfast.
i found very slow and inefficient checking in. we queued for 30 mins. the room was 2 hours late to be ready! no substitute room was offered and after 12 hours journey with two small children, this was poor.
