The receptionist really bothered me. They acted like they had better things to do than help me. The noise made it hard to relax in there.

the location was good, in the heart of the city but not too close to the business of princes street.
i was overcharged 330,000 hilton honors points for a master king room (or so i thought). instead, i got a closet that was so small, the room service waitress could not leave because the cart blocked her escape.
