THE room had modern fixtures. The bed was especially comfortable. There were blackout curtains in the room,. I really enjoyed the minibar selection. IT offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks.
I found the lighting in the bathroom A little dim.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they assisted with directions and recommendations. They remembered my name. The concierge provided useful information regarding local attractions and transportation options. Service WAS prompt, I never waited long for assistance.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. i liked the location as it was very central. the room had an espresso machine and a tea kettle.
i requested a quiet room beforehand but it was not quiet at all. my room faced a noisy street and a hostel. the listed coffee maker was not available and they brought instant coffee bags instead.
