surprisingly lovely stay!
large room many sockets tram stop good car park
the room was large! there were many plug sockets available for all my devices. the haymarket tram stop was only a short, 10-minute walk away. the hotel had a good car park that easily accommodated my van since i was there for work.
the water temperature was only lukewarm.

A small table offered coffee, and the room included a kettle. These were lovely touches that allowed me to enjoy a hot beverage in the privacy of my room. tea and milk were also provided.

the hotel's location is very convenient, especially with a short walk to dean village, it made exploring very easy. the location is a manageable 30-minute walk to the old town. the building has a left-luggage service, very practical!

surprisingly solid stay
friendly staff easy walk room size easy parking
the staff was indeed friendly.. they helped quickly when i needed something. the location allowed easy walks to nearby attractions, a nice plus. i found the room to be a good size, offering sufficient space to relax. parking access proved easy, a great benefit in the area.
the interior seemed a bit dated, but it didn't critically affect my stay experience.

helpful staff great location humid smell basement room
The staff were helpful and cute . The location is great, with easy access to Dean Village and a short walk to Haymarket station.
The room smelled a bit humid. I stayed in a basement room, but it was just for one night, so it was acceptable.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean, I noticed. I walked twenty minutes to the city. Buses and trams were about ten minutes away.
The shower was loose on the wall. There was no sink plug. The pillows were small and HARD.
