The staff were helpful and cute . The location is great, with easy access to Dean Village and a short walk to Haymarket station.
The room smelled a bit humid. I stayed in a basement room, but it was just for one night, so it was acceptable.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean, I noticed. I walked twenty minutes to the city. Buses and trams were about ten minutes away.
The shower was loose on the wall. There was no sink plug. The pillows were small and HARD.

The room was clean. I also found a fridge, perfect to store my medication. A bath was also available.
I found that car parking was difficult , because there were hardly any spaces. The lift buttons barely worked. I also noticed that the bed sheets were stained.
