smashing stay!

easy check-infriendly staffinconvenient socket
I found the check-in process super easy and efficient, which i loved! the staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. the room size was good. I liked that it felt spacious and comfortable. storing my luggage after checking out was so helpful while i attended my appointment. The team was efficient when i retrieved it.
the bathroom lacked a proper socket for my hairdryer. i had to use a socket further away from the mirror, so it was difficult to style my hair properly. this small detail made my morning routine a bit inconvenient. hopefully, they can install a dedicated socket soon.

average stay, some issues noted

i found several aspects less than satisfactory. the bathroom lacked cold water at the vanity. the shower design allows water to spread across the entire floor. the single soap dispenser in the shower was also broken, a real inconvenience.

Acceptable, But Some Issues

convenient locationcramped roominconvenient safe
The location was convenient.
The room felt cramped, with barely any space to move around. The small window offered a view of nothing exciting. It was almost claustrophobic. The lack of a safe in the room was also quite inconvenient. I had to carry my valuables with me at all times.

Decent Stay at a Central Location

central locationeasy accessgood breakfastsmall roomtiny windowpoor air conditioning
The location proved very convenient. The tram and bus stops are a short walk away. All major attractions are easily accessible by foot. The breakfast had a good choice of food.
My room was small with a tiny window. There was no telephone in the room, which raised some security concerns. The air conditioning did not work well, so I was cold.
