The reception staff were helpful. I found the valet parking very convenient and efficient. The location is central, near shopping and main attractions.
The absence of air conditioning was a slight drawback, making the room a bit warm.

The breakfast selection had many options cooked to order, great (especially the pancakes!). Dining at the hotel in the evening is recommendable and the food was quite delicious.

Staying in a building, a prison was a different experience. The location was ideal with easy access to main attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful .
The room required some attention to detail. I found mould stains in the grout and a burn mark on the bath. The air conditioning did not work well.
