“I booked a spa package for my wife's birthday, which included swimming facilities, a body scrub, and afternoon tea. Although the spa timing was to be decided on the day, Olivia, the manager, went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy the swimming facilities, offering us lunch, and even arranging another spa day at our convenience. The body scrub by Steph and Meghan was truly wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our day!” view full review
