fantastic stay!
warm welcomemini kitchenfabulous shower
linda at reception gave me such a warm welcome! the studio was cool, thanks to the air conditioning (which was a huge plus on a hot day). i really liked the mini kitchen included in the bedroom. the bathroom had a fabulous shower, which i thoroughly enjoyed.

the location is super convenient! the main shopping center is a short walk. other attractions are also easily accessible. i found getting around very easy from here.

my room had everything i needed. it was super clean and well-kept. extra pillows and towels were available, helpful. i appreciated the thoughtful touches within the space.

while the breakfast buffet had a limited selection, everything tasted fresh! (especially the vegan pastries!). there was a different homemade treat each day. i thought it was a good way to start the day.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. i could borrow air fryers from the front desk for free. books, puzzles and games were also available (very handy for downtime).

The location proved very convenient. It was close to the city center (just a short walk away). The room was spacious and included necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The reception area was quite small. I found it could get busy with people waiting. The television did not have many channels available.

linda welcomed us warmly at reception, i found her very helpful. it's next door to the bullring shopping mall, made shopping easy. sofia was friendly and always smiling, and the rooms i saw were spacious. the location felt central, it helped a lot.
the television had an old fashioned look. also water leaked from the shower during each use. i think they could do something to improve it.

a variety of restaurants are easily accessible, located near the hotel. this provides several options for dining, including formal restaurants and casual eateries. quick access to these locations means guests can easily find a meal.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was acceptable.
The room i booked was supposed to have a proper bed. Instead, i got a sofa bed. it wasn't comfortable and had a noticeable dip in the middle. it also stated it had plug sockets next to the bed, which it didn't.
