Acceptable Location, Frustrating Room Issues

good locationdated bathroompoor soundproofing
The location was good, placing me close to where I needed to be.
The room was far from satisfactory. The bathroom looked aged and poorly maintained. The shower was cramped, barely giving me enough space. I also could hear people walking by in the hallway, and noise traveled easily between rooms, I found this very annoying.
