noisy room wedding venue
the location was acceptable.
i requested a quiet room, but it did not happen. My room was near a wedding venue, it was noisy. i do not recommend this hotel at these times

Jasmine checked us in after a long flight, and we had a pleasant chat. Our room had more than enough space. It also overlooked the harbor and bridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I appreciate his help.
The soundproofing in my room was inadequate. I could hear noise from both adjacent rooms and the hallway. This made sleeping difficult at times.

The concierge was very helpful and efficient. Staff remembered me and offered assistance, showing a great personal touch. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The location is ideal for exploring The Rocks and the harbor area. Both are within easy walking distance. This proximity allows convenient access to many attractions. The bus stop is just a short walk away.

convenient location relaxing deck helpful staff loud noise slow service improper equipment
i found the location quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the outdoor deck provided a relaxing space. the staff was very helpful with directions.
noise did bother me sometimes, i could hear doors slamming. the room service was slow on one occasion with breakfast arriving late. coffee cups did not fit properly under the coffee machine.

fridge failure slow assistance
The power went off on my first day. I called the front desk. An engineer came up within 30 minutes and addressed the problem. When I went to open a bottle of champagne I brought, I discovered the fridge wasn't working. It stopped. They advised there was no one available to assist but they would pass on the message to their manager. I then asked for a bucket of ice, which they delivered.
