the location is close to the train station. it provides easy access to the city. the hotel was clean and tidy. check in was easy and well managed.
The bathroom felt tiny. It was like a cruise ship bathroom. doors banging and noise from outside disturbed my sleep. the price was not worth the service.

The location was convenient! i easily walked to the train station. It was a short walk. the room provided the basics needed for a brief stay. the staff were helpful and willing, which i really appreciated.
the room only had a few tea bags, and i needed more, though it was a small thing.

The front counter service was prompt! early room requests were accommodated. I was approached in the lounge and offered the room. the staff was friendly and efficient at the restaurant and bar, too.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the qantas domestic terminal. This offers quick access. an on-site bar and restaurant are available, very convenient. parking is available at the back, accessed by a lift.

The room was modern and clean. It offered basic amenities. the room size was adequate! the shower was good and larger than normal. i found the beds to be quite comfortable. The rooms had what i needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. The airport shuttle provided convenient transportation. The shopping center nearby offered various dining options. The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful. The waitress was so polite and greeted me when I walked in.
The shower plug came off. Maintenance is needed. The bed has wheels. These should be removed. The bed moved when I sat on it.

There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel that offers great convenience. I enjoyed good food and drinks served by friendly staff. The hotel is also a short walk from restaurants.

The room included clean sheets and towels. The room size was adequate, and the shower was good with larger than normal size. The room had what we needed for the minimal amount of time we spent at the hotel.

The hotel is near the airport, a short ride on a regular transfer. Mascot train station is not too far from the airport. I could easily walk to a street filled with restaurants and eateries.
