Fantastic Stay with Harbour Views

The room upgrade to a Beautiful Studio with Darling Harbour view offered amazing scenery. The hotel happily accommodated changes to my itinerary due to a minor injury I sustained. The staff's service attitude was really good, from the front desk to the administrative departments.
The menu at the hotel bar was ridiculously expensive, particularly the bottled water.

The breakfast had amazing variety (fresh pastries, hot dishes, and a wide selection of fruit were available). I found the indoor pool to be very quiet. It was open 24/7. i basically had it all to myself.
Elevator access could be improved. Sometimes i experienced slight delays.

The breakfast had lots of choices. It was SOOO good. The staff were helpful. This was very appreciated. The location allowed for easy walks to many dining options near the hotel.

check-in occurred early , because my room was prepared. The open deck pool provided a wonderful swim experience , and I enjoyed a cocktail at one of the bars.

the staff were quite focused, i will give them that. the pools were decent and space was alright.
The room layout was not efficient. The walls. the pool was small and very crowded. i had to get there right when it opened but there were no towels.
