The room size was excellent for the premium king room we booked. beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was superb. check-in was straightforward and quick. The staff had our room ready earlier than the scheduled time, a pleasant surprise.
i found the parking expensive. it was difficult for my car to enter and exit. the street outside the parking garage posed a challenge too.

i found a filtered water station on each level a cool idea the toiletries products in the bathroom had good quality i appreciated the lovely smell. breakfast was amazing. the staff were kind i hope to return soon. i loved the sustainability initiatives reusable total bag supplied in room.
the parking was expensive it proved very hard for our car to enter and exit particularly the street from the parking area

i was grateful for the convenient location between darling harbour and chinatown. affordable food choices were within a short walk. i found water dispensers throughout the hotel , a really valuable feature.
the bar staff seemed a little unsure about making some of the simpler drinks i ordered.
