fantastic location and friendly staff

i have stayed here before and found the bed super comfy. tea and coffee were replenished every morning which i greatly appreciated. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i also found the hotel's location quite convenient, close to public transport and a short walk to chinatown.
the bathroom door didn't close properly, so privacy was compromised (which was a bit awkward).

the queen room provided a comfortable space with a well-stocked supply of toiletries. recycled toilet paper was a nice touch and demonstrated environmental consciousness. the inclusion of a smart tv enhanced the entertainment options available during my downtime.

the hotel's proximity to central station made arrivals and departures easy. nearby paddy's market and chinatown provided diverse culinary and shopping experiences. the abundance of restaurants and cafes in the area ensured plenty of choices for meals.

the location is very convenient , directly across from a shopping centre. there are lots of food options nearby. it's a short walk to darling harbour. i appreciated the 24-hour reception service , it provided flexibility. the staff were friendly .
the soundproofing could be better , as i occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

the bathroom fan was not functional. it led to the bathroom accumulating steam after each shower. i also noticed a musty smell in the room (i wondered if mold was present).

good locationhorrific noisekaraoke bay
the location was acceptable , because it was close to many restaurants.
the noise was significant. partying continued outside until early morning , possibly from a karaoke place nearby. sleeping became impossible because of the unbearable noise.
