Excellent Harbour Location
convenient locationcomfortable bedaccessible walk
I found the location to be very convenient as it was near the train station. This made traveling around the city simple. I enjoyed the super comfortable bed for restful sleep. The nearby parks were a nice addition. A walk to the bay was accessible.
The train travels directly under this hotel. There is a loud rumbling noise through the night.

The view from my king harbour view room was very nice. It certainly didn't disappoint! the bed and pillows were comfortable. the location was perfect. Public transport access was easy!

Location to blues point road cafes was good. I could walk easily. the ferry to circular quay was also close, accessible from mcmahons point. This made sightseeing very easy.

the room had huge windows that opened, a bonus for me! room temperature was comfortable. the room was clean, though the carpet looked a little aged, but it looked to be clean.

The hotel provided easy public transport commute to the opera house side of the harbour. the hotel offers easy access to varied harbor experiences. I really valued the proximity to the train station.

adequate but flawed stay
noticeable noisestained carpet
The train noise was pretty noticeable throughout the night. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. also, the room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. there were some stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have used a better scrub. i expected better cleanliness for the price i paid. the staff were polite but did not resolve these issues .

I loved seeing the harbour bridge. It. the rooms are super clean and in great shape. also, the location rocks with easy access to the ferry and trains to circular quay and luna park. i could easily get around!
The breakfast buffet needed more choices. That's really the only thing. it was lacking variety.

faulty air conditioningslow draining sink
i was quite disappointed. the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly it was too hot to sleep comfortably. also the sink drained very slowly it was a minor inconvenience but still frustrating considering the price of the hotel.
