The location was very convenient as it was close to the city center. the room provided was clean, i noted a high standard of hygiene throughout my stay. i found the bed to be particularly comfortable, i slept soundly each night. i was able to easily walk to nearby attractions. This made exploring very convenient.
i noticed that the prices for food and drinks at the hotel were a bit high.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I arrived early around 10 am with plans to explore the city! i was able to get into my room by 11 am. it gave me a chance to freshen up and keep to my schedule. i will always pick this hotel for my future stays!
Some of the lights in the room didn't work. The tv felt a little outdated. Though my stay was still amazing!

some issues noted during stay
carpet stainbroken hooks
the room had a large stain on the carpet near the bathroom door i suspect water had leaked from the bathroom at some point it was dried but noticeable. none of the power points worked which meant i couldn't charge my phone or make coffee in the room this was very inconvenient. the shower wash container was empty and both towel hooks in the shower were broken one even fell off when i touched it

the location proved advantageous for exploring nearby attractions the hotel is close to the bull ring shopping centre i appreciated the pool table and shuffle board table being available for use without additional charges.
my room felt cold since i found it IMPOSSIBLE to adjust the heating there was no extra blanket in the room the quilt provided felt thin it was a concern.

faulty hairdryerabsent air conditioning
the hairdryer in my room was not working well. the inspection label said it was due in 2021, thats ages ago. it made me a little worried. also, there wasnt air conditioning. it was so cold when i walked in. a tiny radiator tried to heat things, but it wasnt enough. i wish i knew this before my stay. this messed things up a bit.

i thought the location was ideal, situated less than a ten minute walk from both the town center and train station. i found the shower to be quite hot, which i always appreciate. the accommodation felt modern, and i appreciate the no fuss approach. the beds provided a comfatable rest.
during my visit, the sockets in my room did not work, a minor inconvenience.
