the location is convenient as it is near the train station. the nineteenth-century building has a very nice decoration i did admire. the room was comfortable, and i found a fridge and a coffee machine inside. i also appreciated the complimentary mars bar that was available.
the check-in time at 4pm felt a bit late since other hotels often offer it at 3pm. the queue outside was long upon my return at 4pm, and it took a while. i would have liked still water offered alongside sparkling.

the proximity to the railway station was REALLY convenient. the car park was spacious. i really enjoyed the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel. the town center was a pleasant ten-minute walk away.
i experienced a long wait during check-in, even though i had completed it online. this delay was frustrating, and i hope they improve their efficiency.

i loved the decor. the layout of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very cute and friendly. the food was lovely and it was very close to the town center.
the old wood windows in our room didn't keep out the noise. also, the shower constantly dripped.

i secured a reasonably priced upgrade to a junior suite. the bath was a highlight. the check-in process was quick. the bed provided really good comfort.
during my stay, i noticed the absence of glasses in my room. i had to drink directly from the water bottle provided, a minor inconvenience.
