the location is really convenient. it is close to covent garden, and there is a tube stop less than 100 meters away. the staff were very kind and helpful to me. (i appreciated their prompt responses)
i was in an executive room for two nights. i found stains on the headboard, it was not ideal. i also noticed there was no mouthwash provided, which i expected.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff were very attentive and helpful with directions. The room service was prompt. They delivered a delicious late-night snack. The bellhops always greeted me by name, a really good touch.
The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

the staff quickly greeted me upon arrival to the courtyard. i received a room with an upgrade, near the elevators. candy jars were available on each floor, refilled daily.
the room seemed small despite its high ceilings. there was very little space for luggage. the bathroom had a high step over the edge of the bathtub.

The staff was helpful and made everything run smoothly. i especially appreciated the front door car service provided. It was convenient. location is great. Main tourist attractions are easily accessible. also the bar is cozy. lush. and has the perfect vibe.
I paid a high price! but the overall vibe felt a bit stuffy and borderline arrogant. It took away from the warmth i was hoping for. that was a real shame.
