the staff seemed friendly, helpful, and kind. i really liked how the hotel let us leave our bags for the day since we arrived early. they even gave us complimentary breakfast and wine in the room, its a nice surprise.

The gym was such a DISAPPOINTMENT. it really lacked equipment and felt cramped. i also encountered issues with the shower. The water pressure fluctuated WILDLY, and maintaining a consistent temperature was hard. it.

The breakfast buffet was really good. It offered a large variety of choices to satisfy every person's food preference. The location is excellent. It took me just five minutes to walk to the Westfields mall.

I stayed for three nights and the experience was fine. Staff were excellent. They delivered a bottle of champagne to our room on April 2nd, 2024. Breakfast was a delight with several options available. Room service was prompt.
The room smelled musty almost like stale cigarette smoke. The air con blew hot air so I slept with the window open and there were some mysterious stains on the carpet.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. A tube station and bus stops are very close. Holland Park is also nearby.

The room was clean and functional. It had a nice decoration and super clean surfaces. Housekeeping visited every day to change towels. I liked this attention to detail.
