My stay began well. I found a bottle of champagne waiting in my room upon arrival. A helpful door boy brought my bags to my room. I must recommend the hotel restaurant. The room service breakfast was super!

The room could have used a little more light. It was a very small detail, though. I am happy otherwise.

I found the location convenient. The Russell Square station is RIGHT outside the hotel. I appreciated the helpful and attentive staff. The room was very clean, and it had nice amenities. Even an in-room yoga mat. The free drink in the lounge between 5-7pm was a very nice touch.
