helpful staff super clean room delicious pastries
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were so helpful with directions and recommendations for local attractions. My room, a double room, was super clean and well-kept. Breakfast offered many choices. The pastries were especially good.
The elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

Excellent Hotel Stay!
soft couches central location attentive staff
The room included soft couches and a huge TV. The hotel location is super close to the beach, and shops. All staff were attentive. They accept dogs. The pool was enjoyable.
The room had no heating so it felt very cold at evening.

The person at reception answered all our questions, which I appreciate. The staff was friendly, cute, and accommodating, and check-in earlier was not a problem. Andrea on front desk was very helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean and its size was huge. There is a hairdryer, and the view from the window looked towards sea. A kettle with tea, coffee, and milk was supplied.

Breakfast is sumptuous and plentiful, important. The hotel breakfast-buffet had several vegan options that include vegan sausage. It's a great detail that I was offered a jug of oat milk in my room for tea.

jacuzzi flies rude staff
The location was acceptable. It was close to the beach. Not bad at all.
The jacuzzi had flies. I found flies coming up while I used the shower. Some staff members had a selective attitude. They told me it was an 'old building'.

The location of the hotel was really convenient for exploring the area. It was easy to get around! the twin room i had was spacious enough for my needs, and the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. i appreciated the comfortable beds as well.
the pool felt a bit small. there was also music in the restaurant, it did make it hard to relax.
