Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the hotel's fantastic location in Covent Garden, making it easy to walk to theaters and shops while being nicely tucked away from the busier areas like Oxford and Regent Street. The rooms are often described as spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and well-stocked minibars; some even include thoughtful extras like hair straighteners. While the air conditioning instructions might be a bit unclear for some, many guests find the breakfast great, particularly enjoying the pancakes, and some have relished the New Year's Eve dinner in the restaurant or the restaurant service in the library.

Fantastic Covent Garden Stay!

excellent locationfluffy towelspeloton bike
The hotel location is perfect. It sits close to Covent Garden. The room boasts a large closet. I found a hair straightener and steamer. The bathroom featured the best shower, it had great water pressure and giant, fluffy towels. The gym provided three treadmills and a Peloton bike.
The room lacked a desk for working. I found myself using the lobby.
Location
10/10
The hotel is located ideally. It's very near Coventry Garden and the tube stop there. There are lots of restaurants and theatres nearby. This makes it a convenient base.
Dining
9/10
The restaurant is beautiful, and the team serves a great breakfast! I tried the egg sandwich with a perfectly cooked egg. I added tasty horseradish sauce and cheese to it, it was perfect. Oat milk was available for my cappuccino.
Service
10/10
The team was very friendly, and so helpful! The front desk team is especially great. I was greeted warmly by staff at reception. They took care of our check in with ease.

The corridor lighting was somewhat dim. More light would be helpful.
