i really adored the hotel. we were given happy anniversary chocolates along with champagne. such a sweet touch, i felt so special. the food was excellent, with such beautiful presentation. the spa and swimming pools were beautiful under ground.
we dropped our bags off early to explore, and then checked into our rooms later. one bag was exactly where we left it. staff told us all bags had been taken to our rooms, they clearly missed one bag. there were stains on walls as if someone had thrown drinks. the body wash dispenser was broken in the shower.
