i found the location convenient and the service attentive. the room size was good for the city, and it included awesome amenities.. i appreciated the cleanliness i experienced .

I found the bar wonderful. the team genuinely helped. The service at the dalloway was notable. attention to detail in cleaning and freshening the room showed me the standard of the team. i will return definitely.
the minibar policy seemed restrictive. i wanted to store small personal items, like bottled water. a dedicated shelf would have been appreciated, especially for longer stays.

The location is great. Many attractions are nearby. i walked to the british museum, the foundling museum, west end theaters, restaurants, and covent garden. access to public transportation was easy.

The gym is open 24/7 and has good equipment. the coral room is beautifully decorated with designer wallpaper. the bar is large and elegant. It is the focal point. the beds were very comfortable.

The location was really great. Tottenham court road tube station is just a short walk away!!! the room i had was super clean and spacious. i liked that the staff were so friendly and helpful with directions.
the room service menu was a little limited after 11 pm.

mixed feelings about this hotel stay

the staff were mostly helpful. this aspect met my expectations.
The room was much smaller than i expected. It felt quite cramped. also, the minibar policy seemed overly restrictive. i couldn't even store my own water without worrying about extra charges. This felt a bit nickel-and-diming.
