During check-in, I experienced travel sickness, the staff offered ginger ale. Later, Jozeph assisted my dad in finding a pharmacy. Francisco gave us the gin tasting experience, it was the best, I highly recommend it.

The valet parking was useful and efficient. Staff took bags to my room upon arrival. I was asked about my plans and interests during check-in. Later, I received two bags of sweets and two bags of popcorn with a note about my visit to see a show. The bathroom featured Grohe fixtures and Floris toiletries. Christy towels added a further touch of quality.
I found that the lack of fresh vegetables at the breakfast table was a slight drawback

i found the staff to be very attentive. a very nice table was arranged for my birthday at the jazz bar. it was a charming experience!!!
the mattress was not good after 30 years of european travel. it felt quite thin and worn. also, the bathroom felt a little tight and uncomfortable.

the location was great for our needs! the room was clean and quiet. the staff were wonderful. i found the staff friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. the rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. housekeeping was great and kept the room tidy.
i did not have a nespresso machine in my room. instead instant filter coffee was offered. the selection of teas was not enough. i thought it was not beautifully arranged.

The staff was helpful. Francisco provided an amazing gin tasting experience and he was the best. The hotel location is perfect.
The room was very plain it seemed more suited for a gentleman. The furniture was outdated there was also a scratched bed frame. I noticed the absence of a mini bar.

My superior king room had ample space. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provided complimentary water bottles daily, a very welcome touch. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries with attentive service.
the gym is small and only includes limited equipment.
