The location is fantastic. I walked to many attractions. the staff were personable and very helpful. the room was a skyline king, and it was well-designed (i loved the natural elements!).

The architectural details are consistent throughout the entire hotel. The downstairs restaurant called Dovetail features world-class food. The beef carpaccio is a work of art.
The bathroom shower had a slight odor from the drains.

A Decent Stay

The staff demonstrated warmth and accommodation throughout my stay. The room had good equipment. I appreciated the very comfortable bed. The heated toilet seat was a nice touch and the shower was spacious. It featured an overhead rain shower along with a handheld attachment.
The price seemed high for my three-night stay. I felt the ceiling in the guest room was uncomfortably low. This. The windows could not be opened and the air felt trapped and heavy.

the doormen was very attentive. the housekeeping service felt professional. the room was very clean. i felt comfortable and relaxed. we used the professional equipment in the gym. the area had natural light. i felt safe. my teenage daughters had a separate room.
the room was noisy, i noticed sound through the walls. i heard water running through pipes. the air conditioning unit was loud. i turned it off.

the hotel location is ideal. it's down the street from the underground station. it also has minutes from parks. buckingham palace is also very close.

the staff was friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. my room had a nespresso machine. the shower was spacious, it featured both a rainfall showerhead and a handheld attachment. the bed was comfortable, i slept very well.
i was disappointed there were no outlets in the bathroom. the front desk was often busy, i sometimes waited. the tv had some technical issues, i couldn't always stream content as expected.
