amazing location great staff very nice treatments phone receptionist small room service charge
The location is amazing. Shopping streets are very close. the staff were also great. the on-site spa gave very nice treatments. I felt so relaxed afterwards.
The check-in wasn't great and the receptionist was on the phone for a while. extra items was on the bill, including a service charge. the room was also quite small. It felt a bit cramped.

perfect location kind staff

The hotel offers limo service for destinations within a mile. This was especially useful for evening engagements. breakfast featured high-quality options. the location near Oxford Street made accessing amenities very CONVENIENT. i found the spa treatments very nice.

the staff greeted me with such warmth, making me feel valued. the dining options were good, offering delicious choices. i appreciated the concierge desk's assistance, always ready and able to help with any request.
the elevator maintenance caused slight delays, interrupting the otherwise smooth experience.

small room unexpected charges
The location of the hotel was suitable for my needs.
The room felt quite small. The view from my window was of the courtyard bins (I did take a picture). I also found unexpected charges on my bill at checkout, including a 'Hotel Service Charge'. These extra costs were only explained when I inquired.

the hotel restaurant had very good food.
The room i was given was much too small. i also found a surprising charge on my bill at checkout. It was supposedly optional, but not explained beforehand. i feel i overpaid for what i got.
