The location is amazing. Shopping streets are very close. the staff were also great. the on-site spa gave very nice treatments. I felt so relaxed afterwards.
The check-in wasn't great and the receptionist was on the phone for a while. extra items was on the bill, including a service charge. the room was also quite small. It felt a bit cramped.

The room felt quite small. The view from my window was of the courtyard bins (I did take a picture). I also found unexpected charges on my bill at checkout, including a 'Hotel Service Charge'. These extra costs were only explained when I inquired.
