the hotel surprised me with an upgrade to a belgravia suite. this. i was able to have pre-drinks with my sons and their partners before we went to china tang. the rooms have good soundproofing, it was really relaxing.
the fitness center was small compared to other hotels i have visited.

the hotel is next to hyde park, so it is easy to take a walk. you can access multiple restaurants inside the hotel, which offers many dining options. these restaurants provide a diverse culinary experience for hotel guests.

i thought the service charge at afternoon tea was not good. i noticed lots of bars and restaurants add this but they are not clear. the service was slow and i had to ask for the menu a few times.
