surprisingly good stay

The location was really central, just a short walk from attractions! the room included fresh towels and toiletries. The double bed was quite comfortable. staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated being allowed to check in slightly early as i requested.
The hallways did have a slight musty odor, though it wasn't noticeable in my room. It needs some attention.

The staff were helpful with directions and always available at the reception desk. They seemed eager to ensure everyone had what they needed. i saw staff assisting several guests with luggage and check-in questions, showcasing great support. It was fast.

The hotel's proximity to Winter Gardens was excellent. I could easily leave my bag before check-in, and my room was ready earlier (several hours).
The hotel hallways were a bit dark and had a musty smell (it was not present in my room though).

the hotel provided a clean room, a bonus was its proximity to local attractions. i found the bed comfortable and the electric shower worked well. the ability to come and go as i pleased once i had the keys was convenient.
The hallways had a slightly dark atmosphere. Also i noticed a musty smell in the corridors.
