Nice Coastal Stay
friendly staff clean room generous drinks
The staff was friendly and assisted with my luggage upon arrival, and I was very grateful. The room was much cleaner than previous visits. The drinks provided were a lovely touch and generous, just what I needed after my long journey.
Hallways looked a little dark. I did notice a musty smell, though it wasn't present in my room.

lovely room pleasant staff good location
The room was a lovely size. I got an upgrade to an en suite! Staff were pleasant. They couldn't do enough to help me. I will definitely return. The location offered good value! The staff was friendly too!
The bed wasn't really comfortable. the decor in the room could use some updating.

musty odor cold shower
i noticed a musty odor in the hallways. it wasn't present in my room however. the shower was also a letdown. i couldn't get any hot water at all and i only had a cold dribble at first.

central location fresh towels comfortable bed
The location was really central, just a short walk from attractions! the room included fresh towels and toiletries. The double bed was quite comfortable. staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated being allowed to check in slightly early as i requested.
The hallways did have a slight musty odor, though it wasn't noticeable in my room. It needs some attention.

The hotel's proximity to Winter Gardens was excellent. I could easily leave my bag before check-in, and my room was ready earlier (several hours).
The hotel hallways were a bit dark and had a musty smell (it was not present in my room though).

the hotel provided a clean room, a bonus was its proximity to local attractions. i found the bed comfortable and the electric shower worked well. the ability to come and go as i pleased once i had the keys was convenient.
The hallways had a slightly dark atmosphere. Also i noticed a musty smell in the corridors.
