The owners were very friendly and helpful! They greeted me with smiles and spoke every time they saw me. The accommodation was clean and cosy.
The tv was TOO high up on the wall, awkward to watch.

the hotel boasts a favorable location near attractions. staff members offered assistance and were consistently friendly. i was given a larger room upgrade upon check in it was located on an upper floor. the room was well-equipped with an ensuite bathroom and a separate sink.
the room was a bit small, making it slightly challenging to move around freely with luggage.

the wifi worked effectively, awesome for seamless connectivity. the television functioned well, providing entertainment during downtime. tea and coffee making facilities were available.

the owners greeted me with smiles, and they spoke with me each time they saw me. they were very helpful and supplied me with an airdryer when i needed one. sam and arif.

the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. i was given a bigger room on the upper floors when i checked in, it was a nice surprise. the room had an en-suite bathroom and a separate sink. a large double bed was in my room, i found it very comfy.
the shared toilet had a poor lock, i noticed a gap in the door when it was locked

the location was good, not far from the town center! it was also close to the main attractions. this made it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far.
