charmed by this gem!
attentive staff super clean environment perfect location easy transportation
I was charmed by this hotel. the staff was attentive, and everything was super clean. the hotel is located perfectly for exploring. my bus stopped just outside. This made getting around so easy.
i noticed a tiny scratch on the headboard. it really was minor!

The beautiful room included a king-sized bed with premium linens and a selection of pillow options. This ensured a great night's sleep. the room also had blackout curtains. These completely blocked outside light for added comfort.

Breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order items. The food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant also provides gluten-free options. the bar offered a great selection of cocktails and light bites throughout the day.

limited breakfast small room
The location was quite central, making it easy to access many areas.
I had several issues . The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing, with mainly fruit and limited options. It didn't match the hotel's price point. My room was also smaller than expected, with VERY little storage space for luggage.

nice stay
welcome postcard attentive staff excellent location complimentary spa
I found the staff very attentive to my needs, especially with the welcome postcard i got. they took my cases upon arrival. the hotel's location is excellent. I easily accessed various shops, bars, and restaurants. the complimentary spa access after checkout allowed me time to prepare for afternoon tea.
the bar service felt a little slow , as there was a wait for a drink.

the hotel features a spa offering a steam room and a sauna for relaxation , though the space is somewhat limited with only six loungers. the gym is equipped with a bike , treadmill , bench , and a small multi-gym setup.

the hotel is near the train station , and it is situated close to a christmas market and various eateries. its central positioning allows easy access to an array of shops , bars , and restaurants.
