Guests can enjoy dinner, bed and breakfast. The Inn provides coffee/tea in a common area. The Pontcanna Inn has a staircase leading to the hotel rooms, and a night entrance on the side of the building for hotel guests to come in and out during out of hours. Decorations can be provided for birthdays/weddings, and guests are welcome to bring their own. Pre-order packages and bookable areas are available for groups. Bookable areas include the Green Room, Restaurant area, front and back gardens. The back garden is available for exclusive hire for groups of 100+, and includes a food truck and private bar which can be booked in advance.

I really enjoyed my stay! the room had all the amenities available. i really appreciated the side entrance. It allowed for entry and exit without going through the main bar (it was so convenient).
the menu was limited. also, i found there was confusion between online deals offered.

Excellent Stay Near City Center

Check-in occurred a bit before the official 3 PM time. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. I had the Eggs Benedict for breakfast and found it excellent. The staff was helpful. Adam was particularly friendly and funny.
The street outside was a bit noisy at times due to traffic.

The room was well-designed, complete with very nice touches (the art was cool). The shower was hot and had good pressure. It was also dog-friendly, including a dog hamper and a dog bed.

The room was really clean. the staff were very cute, and i appreciate their friendly service. i enjoyed the beer garden very much. It had covered, comfortable seating and uncovered benches. tables. the bar offered air conditioning, really helpful in the heat.
The parking in the area was somewhat limited, which caused a bit of a hassle when i first arrived. it took some time to find an available spot. This was slightly frustrating.

The room decor was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Good quality snacks and refreshments were available. i liked that the space was clean and organised, a great example of attention to detail.

The manager checked me in quickly. He was cute. the security guy showed me around and was friendly. This was greatly appreciated. it was clear that the staff cared about making my experience a good one!

The hotel has a large beer garden. it has comfy seating that is covered. some benches and tables are uncovered. The space is versatile. there are screens everywhere in the pub for sports viewing.

The breakfast had generous portions, and it was quite lovely. the pub itself was ideal! the bar staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend the breakfast to future guests.
