The hotel was super clean throughout. The bed was huge and comfortable, also the breakfast was lovely.
I found a few issues . The listing was unclear about pet charges, and the information was hidden away. i called the hotel to ask about extra charges and reception staff would not accept the initial agreement. we were left standing around feeling embarrassed. It meant we did not feel we could approach reception for the other problems.

The breakfast had a great selection. It almost made up for the other issues.
My room was not what i expect from a hotel room. Housekeeping ignored the privacy notices and opened the door while i was still in bed. it seemed like an invasion, and it completely ruined my sense of security . i won't be returning any time soon.

the restaurant food was good. it at least met my expectations.
the rooms are dated. i saw stained carpets and marks on the bathroom walls. there were also loose electrical wires on the telephone. that's not what i expected from a place like this. i am not likely to return after that experience.
