adequate stay with some issues
significant noise dated bathroom
the location proved convenient for exploring the area.
The noise level from the pub downstairs was significant. It. i found the bathroom quite small and somewhat dated. also, the stairs presented a challenge with luggage due to their steepness.

friendly staff short stay wine selection
I found the staff super cute, polite and friendly. The room was compact but provided everything needed for a short stay. I tasted some of the wines available, a great selection.

warm welcome excellent location excellent value
the staff provided a warm welcome. the location proved excellent. i appreciated the value it offered. it.
the stairs were a little narrow with luggage.

a cosy inn experience
pub atmosphere crisp sheets perfect location
The pub downstairs had a great atmosphere and served good food! i really liked the wonderful linens provided, including the large, new towels and crisp sheets. the location was perfect. It was a short walk from the train station and very close to the city centre.
The cost for bringing my dog felt excessive. I paid £25, but there was no bed or bowl provided in the room as i had expected.

The team proved cute and helpful. They gladly carried my bags up the stairs! they also accommodated my request to drop off my luggage early, which allowed me to explore without any burden.

a nespresso machine was available and was a nice touch! the tv was a definite plus, and i appreciated having it in the room. the room and bathroom were super clean and modern.

i ate at the pub with friends one evening and enjoyed the selection of wine and beers! the pub's ambient style.

The location was excellent. I was very close to the bath theatre! restaurants, cafés and attractions were easily accessible on foot though the parking was expensive.
