Good Value, Solid Stay
clean room en suite bathroom on site parking
The room was clean. I had a functional en suite bathroom. The breakfast included cereal, bread, eggs, juice, and coffee (self-service, a nice touch for early departures). Parking was on site right next to the front door. It made things very easy. (Very convenient!)
The mattress was a bit cheap and offered only little support.

The hostess greeted me with a smile and a quick introduction. She provided clear directions to the self-service areas and a bell to use for assistance. She addressed my questions promptly.

Fantastic Find Near the NEC!
smooth process unlimited tea perfect location free parking
The self-check-in process was smooth! (A big plus for a late arrival.) I really appreciated the unlimited tea and coffee provided. The location suited my needs perfectly for visiting the NEC. Free on-site parking.
The TV remote did not work.
Facilities

The on-site parking offered convenient access right next to the front door of the building and provided a sense of security for my vehicle overnight. There is also a microwave available in a shared area for guest use and preparation of some simple meals.

Comfortable Stay Near NEC
convenient location great amiability accessible parking
The location proved quite convenient for my visit to the NEC. Staff showed great amiability, a detail I found quite comforting. Parking was also accessible. This removed a layer of stress from my travels. I found the environment lovely.
I noticed some dust atop the headboard. It seemed it had accumulated over some time.

The Double Room featured adequate space and comfortable bedding. I found the heating superb. It created a cozy atmosphere. The soft bed allowed my daughter also enjoyed her bed.

The host was friendly and professional. This added a personal touch. When I rang up they were so lovely and very helpful, and very helpful when I called. They met me outside the hotel to hand me the passport.

The hotel is near the NEC. It takes only 20 minutes by bike. I also found a supermarket nearby. This was useful for stocking up on essentials. Proximity to the exhibition venue proved convenient.

The parking on the site was very convenient. The room was a good value. Staff reduced sound levels, which I appreciated. Local buses passed by frequently. The room was pleasant and the staff was helpful.
I noticed what seemed to be food stains on a towel.
