The location was central. breakfast was generous with several options. secure parking was available. Made logistics very easy.

The staff was kind. They were always attentive to any needs i had. the bed in my room provided excellent comfort. i especially appreciated the generous in-room tea service. It included a selection of biscuits. the location proved perfect, providing easy access to many local attractions.
The television in my room was quite small. A more modern, larger one would have been preferable.

historic charm, a reflective stay
ideal location helpful staff welcome touch
i found the location ideal, close to many colleges. it made exploring on foot very easy. the staff were personable and provided helpful directions. coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room offered a welcome touch.
my room required walking outside to reach the main hotel. this arrangement would not have been ideal in bad weather.

the reception staff provided quick help and solved problems efficiently. one member went out of their way to find the quietest room. i appreciated the help carrying my bags up the steep stairs.
