The location was really convenient. It was a short distance to Oxford Street and Ocean Village (made exploring easy). The room was recently refurbished and it seemed to be done to a high standard.
Soundproofing was not great. I could hear some street noise.

the room was very clean, and the ensuite bathroom also looked great. i found a helpful fan in the room, a plus because the weather was hot. the location is convenient with many bars and restaurants within walking distance! i also noticed a handy car park just opposite the hotel.
the access code to my room didn't initially work, which caused a delay. i had to contact someone and wait to get a working code. it was a little inconvenient, but the staff resolved the issue eventually.

I noticed an indian restaurant right next door to the hotel. i had dinner there. The food was amazing! there are other restaurants on the street, including a chinese option, just a short walk away. Everything was very accessible.

I didn't receive access information prior to arrival. there was no reception and i didn't have an internet connection at that time. i was stranded at the door. fortunately, the barman from the adjoining bar assisted. unable to turn overhead lights on. It was fairly basic.

the location is GREAT, especially for accessing nearby restaurants. the room and bathroom were clean. i also appreciated the fan in the room as it was quite warm , a SUPER plus!
The walls are a little thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms. it's a MINOR thing, though!

The room was close to the cruise terminal. I could walk easily. The bar downstairs was nice. It was a great way to end my evening before I went to my room.
There was no elevator. I had to carry my bags up the stairs.
